SynexisSys ("we", "our", "us") operates out of Johowstr. 31, 45966 Gladbeck, Germany. We prioritize complete operational data sovereignty. When you interact with our high-load ERP constructs or submit architecture reviews, we collect minimal necessary telemetry required for secure cryptographic handshake and project scoping.

In strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you retain full rights to access, rectify, or purge any operational data transmitted through our systems. No telemetry is shared with unverified third-party entities.

2. Terms of Service (Custom Software Engineering)

All custom software applications, database schemas, and ERP pipeline modules engineered by SynexisSys remain subject to strict licensing agreements established per project ticket. Clients receive complete proprietary ownership over their bespoke technical stack upon full contract execution.

Our engineering directorate guarantees adherence to industrial SLA benchmarks, high-load resilience, and robust code modularity as outlined in individual deployment contracts.

3. Cookie Policy

Our platform utilizes localized browser storage (`localStorage`) solely for preserving user cookie consent preferences and maintaining secure session continuity across our multi-tier services. We do not deploy invasive tracking pixels or commercial ad-tech cookies.

4. Refund & Retainer Policy

Due to the highly specialized, bespoke nature of custom software engineering and dedicated architectural sprint allocation, retainers and deployment fees are structured according to milestone deliverables.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis prior to the initiation of sprint cycles. Once architectural code commits and infrastructure provisioning commence at our Gladbeck facility, fees are non-refundable in accordance with completed engineering hours.
